Q. Where do you get the vacuum cleaners you refurbish?
A. We get our cleaners from various sources. Some have been used for demonstration and have had very little use. Others are customer returns which can include exchanges for a different colour or make. Some are brand new stock which are found to be missing a part, we replace those parts and then sell those cleaners "as new". The remainder are under guarantee returns which may have some light cosmetic marks, these are known as Graded Goods.
All the pictures we use are of our own refurbished cleaners, so you can get an idea of what to expect.
Q. What do you actually do when you refurbish a vacuum?
A. We follow a 10 step refurbishment process, this includes checking all electrics, motors, bodywork and accessories - for your peace of mind this is carried out by experienced engineers. All internal filters are cleaned in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and although fully serviceable, there may be some slight staining. The performance of the machine is tested to ensure that original safety standards and power levels are maintained.
Q. What Quality Control Proceedures do you have in place?
A. Our packers receive a full check list to work through to ensure your machine reaches you as you wish. Each machine is double checked that all parts/filters are present and the machine is of a good clean standard.
Q. What happens if something goes wrong?
A. We offer a peace of mind 7 day moneyback guarantee if you are unhappy with the item, simply return the vacuum to us in the same condition it arrived and you will receive a full refund (minus postage costs) Alternately, within those first 30 days, you can also return it to us for a FREE REPAIR. We also offer a full 12 MONTH parts and labour guarantee for an additional £10.00.
